We have been organic farmers for 10 years in Hood River, Oregon and started our Natural Fermentation Company in 2013. This is a wonderful current chapter in our lifelong pursuit of growing and creating healthy foods that contribute to the strengthening of our regional food system. We grow our own and source our veggies from 4 other local organic farmers in the Northwest. Our goals center around making local foods more available and utilizing the tons and tons of annual produce that is produced by us and our small farmer network. We practice the art of natural fermentation. We only use "wild" techniques, in other words, no adding of cultures or starters.
