Lion Heart Kombucha is a family run business that is dedicated to producing the best Kombucha possible. We strive to use organic ingredients and commit to sustainable brewing practices. Most local brewers use plastic fermenters, but we brew in wine-fermentation grade stainless steel, which we feel is a better option for both the drinker and the earth. Lion Heart Kombucha is named after our son Lev, who's name means lionhearted.
