Our bagels are hand-crafted then classically boiled and baked each day. We use minimal yeast and rely on long, cold rises to develop an authentic flavor. The process takes 48 hours from start to finish. Blackheart bagels are made with just five simple, traditional ingredients: flour, water, salt, yeast and malt. We proudly use Shepherd’s Grain flour a local, sustainable and Food Alliance certified product. Blackheart bagels are made without refined sugar, animal products or preservatives. Baked fresh daily!
